Situated at the Raureka Complex in Gordon Road is a community hall for use by the residents for social and village community functions. This amenity is administered by a resident’s committee.

Raureka Village has thirty-five units on just under one and a half hectares of park-like surrounds. Access is via Gordon Road in Hastings. The Raureka shopping centre is nearby. Carefully designed to take advantage of natural sunlight, the units are made up of four different floor plans. Each unit has two bedrooms.
